During my childhood, I had a passion for sport and it kept growing with time. One of my first and earliest memories involved gymnastics. Over the years i have been learning & practicing many types of fitness programs which led me to a new type of fitness. Aerial yoga is a type of modern yoga developed in 2014 combining traditional yoga poses, Pilates and dance with the use of a hammock. Take your yoga practice off the mat and into the air! None of us was born with wings but its never too late to fly so join me for a class of a lifetime of bodyfly. Our full body workout will leave you feeling strong, flexible and smiling!

Zumba Fitness is the class I am currently sharing with people of all ages. It combines a variety of styles such as Salsa, Merengue, Reggeaton, Cumbia, Bollywood, Hip Hop, Belly Dance and much more… I have completed several Zumba certifications, have been attending different Dance related events for the past 6 years and I cannot wait to share my experience with you!
