Meet your trainer- Hala. I am passionate about fitness, athleticism and competitive sports. I live, dream, and eat fitness every day. I am a certified IFPA (International Fitness Professionals Association) personal trainer, a Track & Field coach for sprinting, as well as an athlete who specializes in middle and long distance running. What's more, I have completed two courses in sports nutrition- basic and advanced.

I've been active my whole life. I had a passion for hiking, jogging and outdoor activities. I was skinny but I wasn't really fit and I never had any "shape" in my body.
Until one day I accidentally found myself at my first group class at Stamina Gym and it changed the game completely. When I started seeing results it became my addiction and I wanted more!
So I stepped into the weights room where I have gradually step by step developed the best strategies that eventually gave me the body I wanted.
