In WAR, stopping in the middle of the field is not an option. You have to keep fighting till your last breath. In a war you never stop fighting under the rain or in bad weather (we donít either since the class is outdoors)

Zumba

 

is a Colombian dance fitness program created by dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez during the 1990s.
Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included. It's an exhilarating, crazy, dynamic, effective, easy to follow, Latin inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness party; that's?what the ZUMBA program is all about. Zumba Class is Fun with exotic rhythms, to high-energy Latin beats and fusion of different music styles.

Spin Bike Extreme

 

This class is a form of exercise focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary which is the exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting. Cycling is a vigorous cardio workout that will keep you in shape and help you burn fat and tone your body by using the newest spin bikes with the most upgraded technologies.

The class is given in a special studio engineered with a high quality sound system and lighting to give you the best feeling, motivation and results.

Mom & To Be (PRENATAL YOGA)

 

Who doesn't want to get back into shape after delivery, or even before, this class for all the moms and the moms to be who are willing to stay fit, active, strong and keep up a healthy life, this class is fun, active and exactly what you need.

Prenatal yoga is a great way to support your mind, body and well-being during pregnancy. Work with special poses that improve balance, posture and circulation, tone and strengthen muscles, and ease into the changes that are taking place. Learn breathing and relaxation techniques that will empower your mind to stay focused and calm during labor all the way till motherhood! Join in this safe and supportive weekly yoga practice to help relieve some of the common discomforts and stresses of pregnancy. This 4 week semester class brings together pregnant women of all ages and stages; please consult your physician or midwife before beginning prenatal yoga if you have any questions or concerns. $50 for 4 week sessions. Tabata

 

Tabata training promises big results in little time, but true Tabata training requires participants to push themselves to the max - and that level of intensity is definitely not for everyone.
Working out at such a high intensity is only appropriate for healthy, intermediate to advanced exercisers who have experience and knowledge in the type of exercise(s) they're doing.
Tabata training takes your body to the extreme, so it's best if you've been working out regularly and are very comfortable with the exercises you'll be doing (more on that later).
This ensures that you have better awareness of how hard to push your body (or when to back off) and that you have the know-how to maintain form (or modify your weight or exercise) when your body tires as you go through the intervals.

This class has been prepared for those who are seeking to focus on stretching, relaxation and calming the mind. The class includes simple movements and breath practices to help bring the body into alignment by easing discomfort and tightness in shoulders, hamstrings and the lower back. Yoga is more than a regular physical exercise; it's a mindset and therefore a lifestyle. Its benefits go beyond the body to include mindfulness practices, connecting and listening to our inner self. Shortly, yoga brings more awareness to the interaction of mind, body and soul, thus making daily tasks in life easier to be dealt with.
