The Club is around 2500 m2, located in a very nice area on the highway taking you from Antelias to Bickfaya, next to Khoury Home, Charcutier Aoun Rabieh roof top.
The Club is constituted of Strength, Free Weight, Power, Plate Loaded, Functional, Spin bikes, Cardio, Indoor Track, Group class, Football Court, Basket Ball Court, VolleyBall Court, Badminton Court, Tennis Court (for kids), Squash, Outdoor Gym, Swimming Pool, Smoothies Bar, Sports Dietician areas..
A wonderful place, that allows you to pick and choose from a variety of fitness activities.
At Stamina Club, our qualified coaches will follow up on your performance, while the owner, Joe Srour (holder of 24 International Fitness Certificates) monitors your progress.
Each section in the gym is designed in a way to be separate from the other, allowing you to enjoy your training without being bothered, along with a wonderful view of the sea and mountains from all the gym windows.
Common cardio machines include Elliptical, Treadmills, Spin Bikes, Stationary Bikes, Stair Climbers, Functional Machine and Rowing Machines.
Common Group Classes include Refer to the Group Class Field.

Here is a quick overview of what you can expect:

  • Cardio Section: This area will help you improve your cardiovascular fitness through sustained, low-intensity aerobic exercise.
  • Strength Section: This area is great for helping beginners build muscle when starting at ground zero with a variety of 22 different strength machines.
  • Free weights Section: A step-up from weight machines, free weights are used in strength training and increasing power with a variety of 20 different tools & machines.
  • Functional training studio:Functional training targets the body and muscles as a whole rather than the typical weight training routine that focuses on individual muscle groups. Our functional training room is fully equipped with Power Rigs, Kettlebells, fitness balls, TRX, Battling ropes, Bulgarian bags, Farmers Walk Handles, Powerbags, Pull & Push sledges... We have everything you need to improve your strength, stability, power, mobility, endurance and flexibility.
  • Outdoor Gym: Coming Soon.
  • Group Classes: A fun, instructor-led way to burn calories, increase flexibility, and tone muscles. Most of the classes are put together and choreographed by our Head Coach Joe Srour.
  • VIP Private Training Section: A Private Section designed & equipped to give a specific fitness program in a private studio for all levels from sedentary to professional athletes.
  • Courts: Great for ex-athletes and recreational players to get exercise by practicing their game.
  • Common courts include: Football (Grass Flooring), Basketball.
  • Swimming pool: For those who need a form of low-impact cardio, or if you just like to swim.

    Name and Surname

    My story has only just begun, I am in my 30's, unemployed, need hernia surgery and weighed 128kg.
    I could have given up on myself or I could have had obesity surgery. I refused to accept what life was giving me, I made a choice to live.

  • I went to Stamina Gym and spoke to one of the kindest men I have ever met. He seemed to really care (Joe Srour), he signed me up for a personal training which was the best decision of my life.
    I now weight less than 100Kg with the extraordinary help of my trainer, Boudi. He helps me with my diet and exercise and he also cares.
    I am at the gym five days a week. Best of all I found new supportive friends, Stamina Gym is now my second home.
    Also, the other trainers have been incredibly supportive, they ask me how I am and how are my workouts. Then Patricia (the Greek Goddess- gorgeous) she is my cheer leader, whenever I am down I seek her out because she will make my day.
    I am still working at it!

    Name and Surname

    I have been a member of Stamina Gym for more than two years.
    When I first joined, I also signed up with a trainer since I knew that would get me to come into the gym.

  • I could not even take the tour of the gym because I was so out of shape. My trainer, Joe, has been fantastic. I have had amazing results due to his style of training.
    He keeps me distracted from the number of repetitions I am doing by talking to me. I knew that having someone yell at me to get me to do more repetitions would not work for me and Joe understood.
    This style of training works wonderfully and because of Joe's dedication to his clients, I am well on my way to reaching my goals.

    Name and Surname

    I was over 106Kg for 1.78m at the time that I joined Stamina gym in August of 2010.
    I started with aerobic classes 3 times a week and in less than 4 months I lost about 18 Kg!

  • Then my weight loss slowed down, so I signed up to work out with a personal trainer hoping to loose more weight and tone my body.
    Through my support group of the aerobic class, and my AMAZING personal trainer I lost 7 more Kg! I lost this weight over a year ago, and have been able to keep it off.
    I can't even describe the amazing sense of pride and personal achievement I have. I could not have done it without the class instructors, the friends I met at the gym, and my trainer.
    I know that I will keep the weight off, and keep going to the gym!
